Developent Dept.
The development Dept.(sample room) owned 140 professional technical staffs and 24
development working groups, OPTITEX system is used to make 2D & 3D paper patterns. Skilled in the development and production of different bag designs.
Edge painting hang drying system
Advantage : make full use of upper space, save ground space, it belongs to assemble line operation, reduce backlog, and edge painting drying time.
Production Plant
A factory was founded in 2019 with current 800 workers, The second factory was
established in Dec. 2022 with current 2500 workers .
Production Flow
All incoming material will be checked by internal lab test base on the material characteristics or send to 3rd-party testing company when it needed.
Quality Control
All incoming raw materials will be fully inspected by IQC.
